How do I care for my new shirt/hoodie?
First and foremost, wear proudly and often. When you’ve done that and it needs refreshing, turn it inside out, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water. Since there’s cotton involved, some garments will tend to shrink a bit after washing/drying. To minimize said shrinkage, dry on low, hang dry or wear wet and run around in the sun until wet no more. On second thought, you’re probably wearing it to the dance studio where you will get it all sweaty anyway so why dry it at all?
Why hasn’t my order shipped?
Because we are a small company and mostly our shirts are custom printed to order, processing of orders sometimes may take up to 3-4 business days even if the product is in stock. We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 days if the products are in stock but sometimes it takes a bit longer.
How long does it take to get my stuff?
Most of our items are custom printed to order and can take up to three to four weeks to ship if the item is back-ordered. Once the t-shirts are printed we ship them out as quickly as we can. Most of the time we have the items in stock and can ship right away, however, our inventory online is not always 100% accurate. You can always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check if the item is in stock if you need it in a hurry.
I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?
You may experience some size variance when two shirts are of a different fabric or different percentage of cotton to other materials, as with tri-blends, or if they are a different cut. We try to note any such variables so you can choose wisely. It may also be the case that one shirt has been pre-shrunk as part of the manufacturing or printing process. The difference between shirts of the same size should be minimal.
What if my shirt doesn’t fit?
Because our shirts are often limited editions and we only print limited quantities, we are unable to guarantee size exchanges. As a result, please make sure you check out our sizing charts before buying a shirt! Each page should have its own sizing chart. If your shirt doesn’t fit, email email@example.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
Once we acknowledge your email request, send the shirt to Covet Dance Clothing, 760 Las Posas Road, A2, Camarillo, CA 93010. Upon receipt, we will either send you a replacement shirt or issue you a store credit equal to the full price of your shirt (excluding shipping & handling). Please note that shipping is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the shirt back to us.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Because our items are often limited editions and we only print limited quantities, we are only able to replace a limited number of damaged products. If your item is damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
If there is a replacement item available, we will send you a pre-paid envelope that you can use to return it to us. Within 5 days of receiving your pre-paid envelope, please send the item to Covet Dance Clothing, 760 Las Posas Road, A2, Camarillo, CA 93010. Upon receipt and verification of the damaged item, we will then ship you a replacement product. If there is no replacement item available, you will be issued a store credit (including what you paid for shipping & handling).
