Wholesale orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks.

Pre-ordered or back-ordered items (out of stock but back in stock soon) can take up to three to four weeks to ship. Holiday shipping times will be posted on HOME page in December.

You will be notified by email and provided with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Covet Dance is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Covet Dance to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Covet Dance is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should Covet Dance mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Covet Dance is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Tracking

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing from Covet Dance, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Free economy shipping is provided on all US domestic retail orders over $100. US Wholesale orders over $1,000 will receive free shipping. These free shipping offers are not valid on International orders.

We put heart and soul into each of our products, betting that you'll love your Covet purchase. If there is ever an issue, we will work with you to resolve it. If it's just not your jam, we'll happily give you a refund or switch it out for a different item.

Most of the time we have the items in stock and can ship within 1-2 business days, however, though we try very hard, our inventory online is not always 100% accurate because we travel often to festivals and competitions for pop-ups shops.

Some of our items are custom-printed to order and can take up to three to four weeks to ship if the item is back-ordered or pre-ordered. You can always call or send an email to sales@covetdance.com to check the quantity of stock on hand if you need it in a hurry.

RETURNS: All returns must be done within one month of receiving your package. You must have the original packing list and on that list please circle the item(s) that you will be returning. All merchandise returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. All refunds will be credited to your card from Covet Dance. Covet Dance does not reimburse shipping charges.

EXCHANGES: All exchanges must be done within fourteen days of receiving your package. You must have the original packing list and circle what you are exchanging and a note letting us know what you would like to exchange it for. If an exchange is made for a different item, you must pay the difference before the order is re­sent out. Also, if there is a difference in payment your credit will come back to you through a check issued by Covet Dance or a credit to your card. Covet Dance does not reimburse shipping charges.
