Defining and understanding your dance goals is extremely important for progression and growth. Our charts are designed to remind you daily of the little things you can be doing to become a better dancer.
These monthly goal charts can help to prevent you from hitting a "plateau," which can be very frustrating.They give you a way to mark progress along the way as you work on something different each week to make you a more well-rounded dancer.
Here are some ideas for weekly goals:
- Add one more pirouette
- Keep hips consistently square
- Improve control
