Soooo, how are you? Here at Covet Dance in California, we are feeling the COVID-19 crisis as much as all of you. Because dancers are all at home, classes and recitals are cancelled, competitions are absolutely out of the question this season, our industry - and sanity - have been hit hard.
That said, we are doing all we can to continue to deliver the fun and clever products you expect from us. Here's how we are working until things return to whatever the "new normal" will be.
We're very concerned and being very cautious
While Covet Dance is a very small company with just me, one other designer (who is working from home) and Jackie, our customer service and fulfillment manager, there is never more than one of us at a time in the office. We are being careful, sanitizing all surfaces, door handles, etc., and not taking anything for granted.
We wash our hands before and after handling any product, computer, or packing materials.
If you're still concerned, but would like to support our small business please consider sending digital gift cards to your dance friends instead of a package for their birthday.
We are offering discounted gift certificates with no expiration dates. Just use code 20OFFGIFTS at checkout for the discount.
Thank you for your continuing to support my fun little dance business - now more than ever.
Keep calm. Dance on. Stay safe.

FURTHER NOTES:
COVID-19 cannot be transmitted via packages
There is no evidence that any Coronavirus cases have been due to receipt of parcels.
"In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures." - Centers for Disease Control
"The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low." - World Health Organization
But to safer, you can always spray disinfectant on your packages and wash your hands after handling them.
Contactless Delivery
Please note that almost all countries affected by the COVID-19 outbreak have announced that signatures on delivery services will be discontinued to reduce human contact/interactions.
